Refund policy

Online purchases are eligible for exchange or STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 business days of receiving your order. After 14 business days, your item cannot be returned. All sale items are not eligible for return and are final sale. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at jeannie@purposepeopleproducts.com. Once your return is accepted, we will email you a return label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be issued to you.

Due to hygiene issues leggings, body suits, bralettes, etc. are final sale only.

**Items sent back to us without requesting return information WILL NOT be accepted.**

If you receive an item you believe is damaged, please report the damages within 2 days of receiving the item(s) by emailing us photos of the damage to jeannie@purposepeopleproducts.com.

**Please note: color variations of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting and photography lenses are not qualified as damaged.**
